Webhooks as an Alert Destination Released

When you create a new alert, you’ll notice a new destination — Webhook.

Webhooks as an alert destination allow you to automatically feed your dapp real-time data about on-chain events. With Webhooks for alerting, you can receive data about events related to your wallets or smart contracts as they happen.

Tenderly sends this data in JSON format via POST requests to your custom webhook endpoint. The purpose of adding Webhooks as an alert destination was to help you establish a more connected and synchronized monitoring setup for your dapp.

Read more about Webhooks as an alert destination in this blog post.

Use Tenderly Node Extensions to build custom RPC endpoints that fit your dapp without changing its existing logic. Optimize dapp performance, improve user experience, and get greater control and flexibility both on-chain and during development.
